ROTO MOULDING TECHNOLOGY

Rotational Moulding involves a heated hollow mould which is filled with a charge or shot weight of material.
It is then slowly rotated (usually around two perpendicular axes), causing the softened material to disperse and stick to the walls of the mould. In orderto maintain even thickness throughout the part, the mould continues to rotate at all times during the heating phase and to avoid sagging or deformation also during the cooling phase.
We have installed the state-of-the-art plants the complete process in-house, from extrusion, pulverisation
to roto moulding on Bi-Axial Roto Moulding machine.

ROTO MOULDING MACHINE

The Rotational moulding process is a plastic material LLDPE (Linear low density polyproplene) in powder form filled into hollow moulds made from sheet steel or aluminium cast. The mould is closed and rotate on two Axis inside heating oven, the plastic melt and wall-in the mould is moved to cooling station and cooled by air or water spray. After finish the cooling process, stop the mould, open and pull out the final process.
